Card Room

Postby TheRoyalFlushClub » Mon May 08, 2017 1:47 pm

I apologise if I'm posting something that has been posted numerous time before

I'm from West Yorkshire and myself and a friend would like to look at investing in a Card Room

Nothing shoddy, just classy and well finished(quality tables, nicely weighted chips, table service etc etc)

looking at about 3 tables and a small bar (no food) but takeaway available, house to take a rake, chips in exchange for cash

I have spoken to my local council and they have said that I would need a "small casino" license as well as a "premises license" for alcohol

The other set back is that my town hasn't issued one of these yet...... there's always a first!

My question is does anyone have any experience or knowledge of how I may get around this or how I can get games going without a licence?

Appreciate all the help in advance, again apologise for posting a subject that may have been asked before

I'd be interested to know the answer to this too - if you wouldn't mind sharing the outline of the guidance?

I'm curious about this too...as I'm aware of the needs for casinos to have city licences etc...

Care to PM me the info too, Foxy?
